The Pravčická Brána Archway is located in Bohemian Switzerland, which is a beautiful region in the Czech Republic right by the German border. To hike to pravčická brána, I took the train to Hřensko, Czech Republic, and a shuttle bus up to the Mezní Louka neighbourhood where the trailhead is located.
The hike to the top takes about an hour and a half (depending on how often you stop for pictures and your fitness level!). At the top, there are quite a few areas and viewpoints to explore, and a cafe with picnic tables to enjoy lunch before heading back down!
We stayed overnight at U Fořta, to ensure we weren’t rushed for getting back and catching a train, and to have somewhere comfortable to spend the night after hiking!

Hopefully, these photos inspired you to visit the Pravčická Brána Archway! It’s an amazing hike and is a great way to spend some time in nature on your way from Berlin to Prague. Please leave any questions, comments, or recommendations down below, or send me an email!
